These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and qq1221 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://qq1221.casa and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or otherwise accessing any feature of the qq1221 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you irevocably agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the qq1221 platform. qq1221 reserves the right to deny access to any person who does not comply with these terms or who is determined to be ineligible under applicable law or the eligibility requirements described in Section 3 of this Agreement.

Access to and use of the qq1221 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the qq1221 Platform. We enforce this requirement strictly and reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately and all associated balances forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must be a natural person with the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your place of residence.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. qq1221 does not provide legal advice regarding local gambling regulations. By registering, you represent that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.
• Single Account: Each person may hold only one (1) registered account on the qq1221 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Own Identity: You must register using your own true and accurate personal details. Accounts registered under false names or using another person's identity will be permanently closed without notice.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order on the qq1221 Platform or any affiliated platform at the time of registration.

To access the full features of the qq1221 Platform, including placing bets and processing withdrawals, you are required to complete the account registration process. During, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number.

4.1 Account Credentials

Upon registration, you will select a username and password ("Credentials"). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Credentials and for all activities conducted through your Account. You agree to:

• Select a strong password and not share it with any third party;
• Notify qq1221 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

qq1221 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above security obligations.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our regulatory obligations and anti-fraud measures, qq1221 requires all users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before their first withdrawal is processed. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued photo ID (MyKad, Driver's License, or Passport) and a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months). 4.3 Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change — including email address, contact number, or bank account details — you must update them promptly through the Account Settings section or by contacting our support team.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. qq1221 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. qq1221 does not charge fees for standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

5.2 Deposit Processing Times

Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited to your qq1221 Account within a few minutes of confirmation. FPX and direct bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. qq1221 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

Withdrawals from your qq1221 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: Your account must have passed identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal request will be processed. Accounts that have not completed KYC may deposit and play but may not withdraw.
• Withdrawal to Own Account: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your qq1221 Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Wagering Requirements: Any bonus funds applied to your Account must have their associated wagering requirements fully satisfied before those funds become eligible for withdrawal. Only cash balance (excluding pending bonus funds) is available for unrestricted withdrawal.

• Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times vary — e-wallet withdrawals are typically completed within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; and direct bank transfers within 15–60 minutes, subject to the relevant financial institution's processing schedule.

6.1 Withdrawal Holds and Reviews

qq1221 reserves the right to conduct additional security reviews on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, are made to newly added bank accounts, or are flaged by our automated risk monitoring systems. During such reviews, funds may be temporarily held for up to 48 hours. Users will be notified of any hold and provided with guidance on steps required to expedite the review process.

qq1221 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are governed by specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, made a qualifying deposit.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from cash balance and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.

• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unconverted bonus funds and associated winings will be forfeited upon expiry.

All games available on the qq1221 Platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, and lottery products — operate under their own specific game rules, which are accessible within each game or betting market. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all products:

8.1 Game Integrity

All slot and random number-dependent games on qq1221 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are independently verified and published for each game. 8.2 Sports Betting

Bets placed on incorrect markets, at clearly eroneous odds, or after an event's settlement cut-off time may be voided at qq1221's discretion. 8.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server interruption, or connectivity failure during an active game session, qq1221 will make reasonable efforts to restore the session to its last confirmed state. Where full restoration is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. qq1221 is not liable for losses resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qq1221 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating, operating, or accessing more than one account on the Platform.
• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, falsifying KYC documents, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker or live multiplayer formats.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus structures through low-risk hedging strategies, the use of multiple accounts, or other mechanisms designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.
• Money Laundering: Using qq1221 to facilitate the placement, layering, or integration of illegally obtained funds. qq1221 reports suspicious activity to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without genuine human play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider for deposits made to qq1221.
• Underage Access: Allowing or assisting any person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account.

All content on the qq1221 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software, game assets, data compilations, and trademarks — is the property of qq1221 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any software operating the Platform;
• Use the qq1221 name, logo, or brand assets in any manner without prior written consent;
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qq1221 and its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform;
• Loss of data or account access due to circumstances beyond qq1221's reasonable control;
• Technical errors, server downtime, or connectivity failures;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party financial institutions;
• Decisions made by the User based on information published on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. qq1221 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, its uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy of any odds or game outcome information displayed.

qq1221 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Engagement in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 9;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable account information;
• Initiation of a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute;
• Account inactivity exceding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy);
• A reasonable belief that the Account is being used for money laundering or other illegal purposes.

Upon termination of your Account, qq1221 will process any legitimate withdrawable cash balance owed to you — subject to satisfactory completion of outstanding KYC requirements. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings pending wagering completion will be forfeited upon account closure.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting qq1221's customer support team. Voluntary closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

13.1 Player Tools

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users of qq1221:

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and qq1221 relating to your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith direct communication with qq1221's customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within a reasonable period, the matter may be escalated through the Platform's formal dispute escalation process, details of which are available by contacting our support team. All formal dispute submissions must be made in writing in English and must include sufficient detail to enable qq1221 to investigate and respond adequately.
